Affirmative Asylum Application

$1,000.00 every month for 6 months

Asylum is a difficult form of relief to win. Asylum may be granted to applicants who meet the definition of a refugee under our immigration laws. A refugee is a person who is unable or unwilling to return to their native country because of persecution (or a well-founded fear of persecution) on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.

ℹ️ Persecution occurs when the government, or someone the government is unwilling to control, inflicts punishment or harm for political, religious, or other reasons that this country does not recognize as legitimate.

It is very difficult to win an asylum case, because even if the government believes that you are afraid of returning to your country, the laws are complex and only protect you if you are afraid for certain reasons.

🤔 If you have not already spoken to us and confirmed eligibility, you may want to set up a consultation with us first.

💳 We handle this type of case on a flat fee basis, and charge $1,000/month for 6 months, for a total of $6,000.00.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦We will include applications for your spouse and any minor children for no extra charge.

🚀 We will begin work on your case immediately upon the first payment, and once hired, we will move forward toward filing without delay. In most cases, we are able to file the application within the first month, depending on how quickly you are able to provide the required documents and information. The remaining monthly payments are then collected while we continue representing you through the pending process and interview stage.

Our flat fee includes:

✔︎ Providing checklists and helping you critically consider what evidence we can gather to prove your claim.

✔︎ Helping you draft a detailed personal statement that includes the information the government is looking for to establish your claim.

✔︎ Submitting the application packet to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

✔︎ Responding on your behalf to any requests for evidence.

✔︎ Preparing you for the USCIS interview, including a list of common questions and what to expect.

✔︎ Attending the interview with you, through a telephone appearance (if possible).

🖊 📋 After you make the first payment, we will e-mail you an Attorney-Client Contract that you can sign electronically. Then, we will e-mail you a link to our online intake form, as well as a checklist of items to start collecting.

💬 We are available by e-mail, phone, and video to answer your questions throughout the process.
