Family-Based Visa (Consular Processing)

$1,000.00 every month for 8 months

If you have a family member who is outside the United States, you may be able to help them immigrate by filing an immigrant visa application and going through consular processing. This allows them to apply for a visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate and enter the United States as a permanent resident.

Family-based immigration is more limited than many people realize. Only the following family relationships qualify for sponsorship: spousesfiancé(e)sparentschildren over the age of 21, and siblings.

Whether your case is eligible—and how long it will take—depends on key factors, such as your agemarital status, and whether you or your relative is a U.S. citizen or a green card holder.

🤔 If you have not already spoken to us and confirmed eligibility, you may want to set up a consultation with us first.

💳 We handle this type of case on a flat fee basis and charge $1,000/month for 8 months, for a total of $8,000.00.

🚀 We will begin work on your case immediately upon the first payment, and once hired, we will move forward toward filing without delay. In most cases, we are able to file the application within the first month, depending on how quickly you are able to provide the required documents and information. The remaining monthly payments are then collected while we continue representing you through the pending process and interview stage.

Our flat fee includes:

✔︎ Drafting all of the relevant forms and sending them to you for signature

✔︎ Providing checklists and direct support to help you collect the required supporting documents

✔︎ Submitting your application package with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

✔︎ Responding on your behalf to any requests for evidence

✔︎ Completing all steps with the National Visa Center (NVC), as required to schedule your interview

✔︎ Preparing you for the interview at the consulate, including going over the local procedures and what to expect

ℹ️ The application filing fees charged by the government are not included in the flat fee. (That just covers our legal work.)

🖊 📋 After you make the first payment, we will e-mail you an Attorney-Client Contract that you can sign electronically. Then, we will e-mail you a link to our online intake form, as well as a checklist of items to start collecting.

💬 We are available by e-mail, phone, and video throughout the process. We’ll be here to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way.
