Fiancee Visa
If you are engaged to someone who lives outside the United States, you may be eligible to bring them here through a K-1 fiancé(e) visa. This visa allows your partner to enter the U.S. legally for 90 days, so you can get married and begin the next step—applying for a green card.
Many people believe the fiancé(e) visa is faster than a marriage-based visa, but that’s often not true. In most cases, the timing is similar—and the fiancé(e) route actually involves two separate immigration processes:
1. First, applying for the K-1 visa and attending the consular interview.
2. Then, after getting married in the U.S., filing for a green card from within the country.
We help you handle both parts of this process—from the initial visa petition to your partner’s green card interview after marriage.
🤔 If you have not already spoken to us and confirmed eligibility, you may want to set up a consultation with us first.
💳 Flat Fee: $10,000
We charge $1,000/month for 10 months. This includes full legal representation for both the K-1 fiancé(e) visa and the green card application after you marry in the U.S.
🚀 We will begin work on your case immediately upon the first payment, and once hired, we will move forward toward filing without delay. In most cases, we are able to file the application within the first month, depending on how quickly you are able to provide the required documents and information. The remaining monthly payments are then collected while we continue representing you through the pending process and interview stage.
Our flat fee includes:
✔︎ Drafting all of the relevant forms and sending them to you for signature
✔︎ Providing checklists and direct support to help you collect the required supporting documents
✔︎ Responding on your behalf to any requests for evidence
✔︎ Completing all steps required to schedule your interview at the U.S. consulate
✔︎ Preparing you for the consular interview, including a list of common questions and what to expect
✔︎ Drafting and filing all the relevant forms for your green card, after you get married in the United States
✔︎ Preparing you for your green card interview
✔︎ Attending that interview with you, through a telephone appearance (if permitted)
ℹ️ The application filing fees charged by the government are not included in the flat fee. (That just covers our legal work.)
🖊 📋 After you make the first payment, we will e-mail you an Attorney-Client Contract that you can sign electronically. Then, we will e-mail you a link to our online intake form, as well as a checklist of items to start collecting.
💬 You can reach us by e-mail, phone, or video throughout the process. We’ll be here to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way.
