Deportation/Removal Proceedings in Immigration Court
Removal Defense — Representation in Immigration Court
If you are in removal proceedings before an Immigration Judge, you are at risk of being ordered deported from the United States. These proceedings are complex, and you will greatly benefit from having an experienced attorney represent you in court and guide you through the entire process.
We have successfully represented hundreds of individuals in Immigration Court over the past 20 years. Our goal is not just to defend you from removal, but also to identify and pursue any available form of relief that could allow you to stay in the United States permanently.
There are several types of relief that may be available in removal proceedings:
✔︎ Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) — for individuals who fear persecution, torture, or serious harm if returned to their home country.
✔︎ Cancellation of Removal (“COR”) — available to certain individuals who have been in the U.S. for a long time, have good moral character, and whose removal would cause exceptional hardship to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident family member.
✔︎ Family-Based Petitions — if you are eligible for a green card through a family member, we can pursue that path and request that the Judge allow you to complete the process despite being in removal proceedings.
✔︎ Adjustment of Status — if you qualify for a green card based on a pending or approved petition.
✔︎ DACA, TPS, or Other Humanitarian Programs — we will evaluate your eligibility for any special programs that might allow you to remain in the country.
💬 You are also welcome to schedule a consultation with us to discuss your situation in detail.
☀️ We would be glad to represent you throughout your court case and all underlying immigration claims.
💳 Flat Fee: $15,000
We charge $1,000/month for 15 months. This flat fee includes full representation in Immigration Court and pursuing your applications for relief—such as asylum, cancellation of removal, or a green card through a family petition.
We will begin working on your case immediately after the first payment and will not delay.
Our flat fee includes:
✔︎ Evaluating your eligibility for all available forms of relief and preparing the strongest defense possible
✔︎ Preparing and filing all applications, motions, and evidence in support of your relief
✔︎ Pursuing family-based petitions, asylum claims, or any other eligible immigration benefits in conjunction with your court case
✔︎ Filing a bond motion (if you are detained), including evidence to support your release
✔︎ Providing detailed checklists and support to help you collect strong supporting documents
✔︎ Attending all master calendar hearings
✔︎ Representing you at your individual hearing, where the Judge will decide your case
✔︎ Preparing you thoroughly for your hearing, including reviewing common questions and how to respond
✔︎ Representation ends after the Immigration Judge issues a final decision in your case
ℹ️ Government filing fees are not included in the flat fee. (Our fee covers legal representation only.)
🎥 📞 Most Immigration Courts allow attorneys and clients to appear by WebEx or telephone. We use these options whenever allowed to make the process more convenient.
🖊 📋 After your first payment, we will e-mail you an Attorney-Client Contract to sign electronically, along with a secure intake form and a checklist of documents to begin collecting.
💬 You can contact us by e-mail, phone, or video throughout the process. We’ll be here to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way.
